cheap AMD vs intel build

I need to order parts tomorrow, and I need help deciding on which setup to use. My main goal is to achieve the highest OC with this CPU/mobo budget build, but cost is a big factor, taking into account tax and shipping:

intel $136.72 (after tax + shipping)
- e5300 $70
- Asus P5KPL-CM $56

AMD $136.38 (after tax + shipping + combo discount)
- X2 7750 Black Edition $58
- Asus M3A78-EM 780G $78

AMD $159.12 (after tax + shipping + $50 combo discount)
- 6000+ x2 $80
- BioStar TA790GX $110

Other suggestions greatly appreciated, but keep in mind, these are my criteria for picking the CPU/mobo combo:

1) price after tax and shipping
2) needs onboard video
3) fastest frequency after OC
4) OC'ing options in bios

The 7750 is a good proccesor... if your going amd and not phenom i think this is a good one for you.

How urgent do you want it build? Would you want to wait another week?
I believe AMD release new athlon II x2 this week...

Right, I think later this month they are releasing some Phenom II X2 with L3 and some Athlon II without L3.
