Cheap Card

I am looking for a decent graphic card.
To play CSS games excellent.

The specs.
PCI-E x16
1gb ram
Pentium 4 @ 3.7GHz

It has Windows XP Pro.
If I install Windows Server 2003 instead, could CSS and stuff still play on it?


Cause my other desktop is a LAN server, and my friend wants to play CSS and stuff when he comes over.

So the server would be used at LANs and used as a gaming computer when a friend is over.

Although, I don't think this is the best valued card, but considering you said around $50 and you just want to play CSS, the card below should be able to handle it.
