Cheap Computer Build Config. Needed!!!

A said in the title, I need to find a CHEAP parts list for my first build. All I care about is a reliable PSU, MOBO, and CPU. Also, a slow but good overcloking processor is better. I am just asking for some help with getting some parts together. I am not very good at finding parts, and it seems that the Forum members are pretty good, so please help! Also, I already have a xp and office '03 disc I could use. Without those 2, I was thinking about $300 give or take. Thanks for any help!!!
 
I assume all you need is the case(and all that goes in it), what do you intend to do with the computer ?

Of course, you will overclock it.
 
I am in the u.s., and i will probably endup ocing, but last time i did, it fried my mobo, so i'm kind of weary
