Cheap Graphics Card for Blu-Ray suggestions please

I just need a cheap ATI card for blu-ray movies. I do not game at all and I am only looking to fully utilize my 24" 1980x1200 monitor for 1080p playback. Any suggestions and/or personal experince with particular cards would be very helpful. Thanks!

(I am using integrated video right now)
