My friend is looking to buy a cheap laptop under or around $500. Where is a place to get good deals on laptops other than newegg or tigerdirect?

Besides that and other used laptops, just look around. There's really not a good place around that sells cheap laptops (that I know of right off) but sometimes stores have clearance or special deals on laptops.
