Cheap motherboard

So my sister recently went through a bad divorce and no longer has a computer. So I'm trying to put together a bunch of extra parts that I have to create a basic functioning computer as cheap as possible.
The problem is that I have a video card that is PCI Express (128MB PCI Express x16 ATI Radeon X300SE) and a WD 120GB SATA hard drive, but a Motherboard that has an AGP video slot and takes IDE hard drives (Intel (Midway) Pentium 4 Motherboard No CPU R0). Therefore, it seems to me that the cheapest solution is simply buying a new cheap motherboard, but I've never bought a mother board and I'm at a loss as to what to get that is the cheapest possible solution. Any ideas or solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I doubt you'd find a motherboard for that P4. I'd suggest finding a cheap 775 board and get something like the Celeron e3300 and some DDR2 RAM. You could probably keep the price a touch over $100, then use your hard drive and GPU if you wanted. Check out Newegg, they'll probably have your cheapest prices around.
