Cheap PC? AMD or Intel

Hey guys,

Just wondering what would be a cheaper computer to build for around.. lets say $200.

Currently I have an "aged" AMD Athlon 2600+ @ 1.92GHz that actually runs fine. I'm just wondering if theres a cheap processor thats better then AMD Athlon... intel or AMD.

-Thanks

the AMD Athlon 4000 seems pretty cheap and reliable... just gonna throw it out there. Let me look more into cheaper Intel processors.

Yeah, thanks I was thinking about that.... and go with the GIGABYTE GA-P31-S3G LGA 775 Intel P31 ATX Intel Motherboard ($67)?

Edit: Also, does the E2160 come with an on board video card?
