Cheap Thumb Drives

I was wondering where i can get a decent USB thumb drive cheap.

preferable features: (but not any cheap USB drive will be good)
+ 512 MB
+ Encrypted, Password Protected, (or other security)
+ Plug&Play for win98 (so i can get into it really fast, and i can't be installing any software/drivers)


features i wish they had for thumb drives but probably don't:
+ electricution of theves
+ self destructing on wrong password
+ destroys computer on wrong password

www.frys.com they have specials on thumb drives all the time. i picked up a 1 gb thumb drive a few weeks ago for like 18 bucks, check um out.

Both Newegg and Tigerdirect have 1GB thumbdrives for around $10. I remember finding one on newegg that was somewhere around $11 free shipping.
