Cheap web hosting?

I want to switch to a better web host. My current webhost (Hostinger) isn't as good as I thought it would be.

I want a cheap web host (APACHE ONLY) that offers:
unlimited disk space
unlimited bandwidth
unlimited email accounts
IMAP/POP3/SMTP support
PHP
php mail
.htaccess support
SSH
unlimited parked domains
unlimited subdomains
webmail
Password Protected Directories
Custom error pages
redirects
DNS zone editor
File Manager
IP block/allow
backup
good customer support

I have tried finding a webhost but they aren't good enough webhosts.
PLEASE GIVE ME THE PRICES IN SOUTH AFRICAN RAND.

If possible, SSL for the site too.

You don't want much, do you? There is no such thing as unlimited bandwidth BTW. They may say this, but I'll guarantee you if you are pulling massive amounts of data they will cap or charge you.

Go here and ask. Do you your research. This is how I found my host. www.webhostingtalk.com

I did ask there. They tell me to go ask somewhere else. I don't have time for that.

A moderator closed my other thread and told me to re-post here...

I have found 4 free web hosts that have what I need. Which one of these is the best one. I don't want to sign up and then a few days later my site goes down (this has happened to other people)...

Which one of these is the best one to use?

http://www.freehosting.io/
http://www.hourb.com/
https://www.grendelhosting.com/

I really don't want to chose the wrong host here...
And if none of these are good, please suggest free hosts.

Christ dude, you could always set multiples of them up redundantly and have some availability monitoring to see if there are issues with certain ones. Nobody on this forum is going to be an elitist in free hosting providers.

Also, I wouldn't trust anything that needs any sort of uptime reliability to a 'free' provider. I realize it would be amazing to find somewhere that gives you everything including 99.99999999999999999999% uptime without a dime, but that's not realistic.

Have you even developed your website yet?

I have a website that I coded it myself with the help of a few sites.

Now I want to make a useful site like lifehacker or wikihow.

I have had two free hosts before and they were crap. One didn't allow PHPemail so my blog and forum was useless. The other was a total crapshoot. As they say you get what you pay for.

Why don't you pay for a host and install Wordpress or some other CMS. You can mess with code galore with that. I have. Let me know if you want to use Wordpress and I can share some links for security and a plugin to add code.

Basic hosting will cost you about $8 a month and a domain $12 a year. Less than 148 rand.

Okay, why don't you just slice off some of the hosting from what you're currently using onto another virtual host?
