This is kind of an odd question, but can anyone find a mid or full tower ATX case with a >300w PSU for less than $40, including shipping?

It's possible, however the PSU would be of such low quality that I wouldn't trust it running any modern hardware.

You might as well look for junked cases and pop the $40 on a PSU

Cheapest is not always the best. The PSU is a critical device in your PC, you can't just buy junk, it can destroy everything in just seconds, so beware.
