cheapest computer

I need to build the cheapest computer I possibly can. All it needs to do is go online. I need a mouse a keyboard and anything it needs to run included (no monitor or speakers). It also needs an operating system and a simple one would be nice. I saw a thread before where a person built a computer under $100 but I can't find it :( .
 
You should either look at a used computer on eBay.

If you want to build it yourself, you can get a Mobo/CPU/GPU combo for only $45 on Newegg. Then all you need to do is by the basics.

You won't need a hard drive if you run a live Linux CD.
