Cheapest printer that prints 11x17"

What is the cheapest printer that prints b-sized paper [11"x17"]? i'd prefer to buy from a retail store, but online stores are good too.

One that I'm fairly familiar with and has good resolution, page yield and cost per page is the HP 9800. It's around $300 and can do up to 13" by 19".
