cheapest video card

Hello,

I was wondering what would be the cheapest video card for me to run ff14. I'm looking at 9800gt right now on tigerdirect and it seems cheap but I also saw like a 420-or 450 not entirely sure which one it was in fry's electronic and they're about the same price (the 420/450 came in a really small box). I'm not one for graphics or anything I just want to play this game for really cheap and I would rather buy it in person than online.

Most of the numbers doesn't really help me out because I'm not familiar with video cards and how they are rated. I'm basically looking for something around the lines of less than $100 less than $50 would be better.

1, what's your current specs, and their min says a 9600 512mb, but online shops like newegg are great, if you wat for a good deal you can get 20 off or so, but these are the best cards i saw on there, the last is over befor the mail in rebate, but is a pretty beast card, but any should do as long as you are on a lower res and shading.
