couldn't find anything. But One file be a virus but it has the same name as a common file on computer. IS your CPU always running at %90?

PC, I'd wait until ceewii has a chance to look at it. He's pretty much a HJT demigod :)
 
OK, I've seen your log.
I didn't find anything nasty.
There are only couple of tips.
I can't see any firewall in your HijackThis log, so i assume you use windows firewall.

FIREWALL
Without a firewall your computer is susceptible to being hacked and taken over. If you use the Windows Firewall you might think that's sufficient but it only controls one way of the traffic (inbound). Simply using a Firewall in its default configuration can lower your risk greatly.
It's preferable to install one of the suggested firewalls.

Update Java Runtime:

You are using an old version of Java. Sun's Java is sometimes updated in order to eliminate the exploitation of vulnerabilities in an existing version. For this reason, it's extremely important that you keep the program up to date, and also remove the older more vulnerable versions from your system. The most current version of Sun Java is: Java Runtime Environment Version 6 Update 4.
  • Go to http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp
  • Go to Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 4 and click on Download button.
  • In Platform box choose Windows.
  • Check the box to Accept License Agreement and click Continue.
  • Click on Windows Offline Installation, click on the link under it which says "jre-6u4-windows-i586-p.exe" and save the downloaded file to your desktop.
  • Go to Start => Control Panel => Add or Remove Programs
  • Uninstall all old versions of Java (Java 3 Runtime Environment, JRE or JSE)
  • Reboot your computer
  • Delete the folder C:\Program Files\Java if present
  • Install the new version by running the newly-downloaded file with the java icon which will be at your desktop, and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Reboot your computer

And now, I doubt you came only for a checkup. Something is bothering you, true?
If it's just a speed of your computer there in office, there are some programs and processes you could remove from startup.
I understand you play games there, but these two aren't necessery:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [WT GameChannel] C:\Program Files\WildTangent\Apps\GameChannel.exe
and
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [WT GameChannel] C:\Program
I suggest you remove them from startup.

Keep in touch and oh, if you have any specific problems, tell me the symptoms.
 
Please go to Start>Run>type in "msconfig".
Go to the startup tab and post all startup processes/apps/programs.
We will then see what to move to speed up your computer.
Also, I'd like you to at least get a Firewall and update Java, not to get any infection.
 
There aren't too many startup apps just write them all.
Also you don't have to write cftmon, lol.
