Something funny happens occasionally to my brother's computer when he plays wow. I want to make sure he doesn't have any viruses or anything like that.

Please open up your HijackThis and choose Do a system scan only.
Check these entries:

Close all open windows except the HijackThis and click Fix checked.
Reboot your PC.

Go here and scroll to find the orange bar Remove CoolWebSearch. Click on it and save cwshredder.exe on your desktop and have it ready to use.
Don't use it yet.

Now run cwshredder.
Click Scan only and fix what ever it finds and click exit.

Is it OK now?
If not, post fresh HijackThis log.
 
Thanks, I ran HJT and removed the two things. CWS was not found on this computer, thank you for your help.

You know, some software you need to download to have it on your computer...
