checking Ram Usage?

How do i check how much ram each program is using?

CTRL + ALT + DELETE, processes tab, there you can see to the right how much memory each process is using.

yea but it (for example) says 66,000 K and i have 256 Ram so i'm not sure how to see how much it's using?

66,000K will be 66Mb
Just download FreeRAM XP Pro (google it, it's free)
That shows you how much RAM you are using and will optimise it for you as well...i assumed that u asked about RAM usage because your system is running slow?

Well for two reasons 1. I wanna see how much RAM my snake game i made uses and how much Ram Civ 4 uses(i currently have 256 which is barely enought to run it.

your probably looking at the kernal memory, press CTRL+ALT+DEL, under performance look under "physical memory".
