"chkdsk /F" probably somehow modified my file and now it has zero KB size.
It was huge truecrypt container file.
Here is the chkdsk log.
Here is how looks part of the HDD where WinHEX shows beginning of the file
Here is how looks part of the HDD where is an unreadable sector (continue reading)
HDD SMART shows one pending sector and WinHEX editor discovered one unreadable sector (it is shown on the image linked above) and i assume this sector is covered by data of the truecrypt file.
Truecrypt complains "Error: Incorrect volume size." when mounting volume, so i assume i need to revert changes made by chkdsk, but i am unsure how to deduct where changes was made and how to make Truecrypt to accept file and mount it anyway. (prevent conditions upon which Truecrypt deny mounting).
