Chkdsk problem

Hello guys, how you all,
I got a problem with my pc, I am goin to explain as muchs i can.


I am trying to load a new workstation (to be specific an XME) and it is giving me Head Hacks. the thing is, that when i try to load it gives me this error:

the file system structure on the disk is currupted and unusuable.
Please run chkdsk utility on the volume C.

ok, then in the Dos i put this.

chkdsk

and then he starts to check the disk and then when it finishs it pops a message saying the following:

----------------------------------//-----------------------------------
Erros found. CHKDSK cannot continue in read-only mode.
----------------------------------//-----------------------------------


can some on help me with this?

hard drive seems to be damaged. I do not really know any programs to do a check. Maybe a possible virus, but I doubt it.
 
Well i don't think that the hard drive is damaged, i think has somenthing to do with the compatebility but i am not sure
