Ok I can either get the E6320 and 8600GTS or E4300 and 8800GTS for 30$ more. Which one do you think I should get and why?

I would go for the e4300, mostly cuz you hardly will see any difference (apart from the cache) on the good side you'll get a very good video card

what i meant was if he overclocks there wont be much of a difference, and he will get a much better graphics card and overall performance for the money..DUH so yes if he overclocks him buying the e4300 and 8800gts is a must
