Choosing a new graphic card

I built a new computer and was using an nvidia 9400 GT graphics card which i put in another machine so now i need to buy a new GPX. I am not sure which graphic card to buy now. I usually loved EVGA but they seem expensive.

Below are my computer's Specs. Please tell me if i should go with Nvidia or ATI first. Then tell me a good graphic card which i can play games on, not extreme gamer but you know.... the casual gaming like cod and stuff.... I am looking around 30-60 price range.

I am considering this card only because it comes with a lifetime warranty:
EVGA GeForce GTX 460 SuperClocked 1024MB

Let me know your views.

that's a great card but pretty sure no matter the country it isn't 60, unless on ebay i guess but still shouldn't be there either. doesn't matter ati or nvidia. and ow much is that card, and most evga cards have lifetime warranties anyways, they just catch most people with the limited part after the lifetime, you gotta register it within like 30 days of purchase.

With your budget, a 460 is a good deal. Do not listen to the member above me. (Which will probably be deleted soon) The argument to which is better is really long, and quite pointless since both companies make excellent chips.

Currency is USD but that 460 nvidia card was an exception. I know its way above the price around $180 but the only reason I was considering getting it is because I will never have to worry about the card in the future, it will always be replaced but I am not sure if its worth the investment at this point as better graphic cards will come out later on. Maybe I shouldn't focus on the lifetime warranty aspect. If that is the case, which would be a good graphic card for the budget.

wtf are you talking about, where did i say one was better or anything, all i said was i'm pretty sure that that 460 isn't 60 or less in any currency and i reminded him that you have to register the cards to get that lifetime warranty, which is where evga catches most people, which they do with both ati and nvidia cards, and in terms of those 2 all i said is they are both good and he'll be happy with either.
