Choosing a new power supply

Its been brought to my attention that I may need a new power supply for my com which was advised to me in another thread I made here - http://www.computerforum.com/159881-vpu-error.html

Recently the problem has gotten worse, where my computer will completely shut down on me randomly when I’m playing World of Warcraft or any games for that matter. Can anyone confirm that a new power supply is a good idea and also advise me as to what power supply I would need for my machine. I browsed around at Amazon.co.uk for a new one but haven’t a clue which one will fit/work in my slim-line computer.

Not much detail in that link you posted, But a 400W PSU would be more than enough to run your system with those specs, This would be right up your street. http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-017-CS&groupid=701&catid=123&subcat=1084

But looking at the VPU error you posted It might not be because of your power supply, Just try updating to the latest drivers before you spend money on things you could quite possibly not need.
