Choosing A New Xbox One Game

Hi all. I got a Xbox One for Christmas and I was thinking of getting a new game with my first paycheck of my new job. I was wanting to see what your inputs were on which game I should get for it. They are all relatively similarly priced, but I'm only going to be buying ONE of these right now and I'm having trouble choosing. The choices are down to:

Alien: Isolation
The Evil Within
Halo: Master Chief Collection
Destiny

What are your thoughts?

What kind of job did you get?

It's a bit of a personal preference but you'd be choosing between if you want to shoot aliens or survival really. Destiny is more of a 'kill waves of crap with a vague storyline' game and the MCC is still a bit buggy (also not quite as amazing without the original nostalgia).

I'd probably suggest GTA V if you haven't experienced it yet.

Oh I got a co-op job through my university as part of my degree program. For the next 4 months, I'm working at a materials handling solutions company headquarters as a software development engineer. Thanks for asking lol.

Yeah I realize its all personal preference, but I'm having a hell of a time choosing. I was also maybe thinking of Shadow Of Mordor and a few others but the list was so big, and I have time to catch up on everything eventually. GTA V was also an option before I posted this but I'm just not sure I like the price yet lol, I'm very picky about how much I pay for games and GTA V hasn't dropped in price for the Xbox One much unfortunately. What makes it so great compared to the others? And please don't say its multiplayer because I'll never play it lol.
