Choosing between these laptops

I'm looking to buy a laptop for less than £600. I've narrowed down my options to the following 4, but i would like to know how they compare graphics, and processor wise.

dell xps 1330:

am i right in saying that the geforce graphics cards in the dell laptops will perform better than the ATI in the other 2, even though they have less dedicated ram?

one big thing swinging my favour towards the dells is the warranty until 2012

i just cant decide!
