Chose between these three?

Wow, I never thought I'd say this: I'd go with the ASRock. If you need more than 4 USB ports (2 on the back + 2 for your front panel) you might want one of the other boards or get a USB hub.
 
Care to give some background so we know what we have to work with. Why is it just AGP and what not...

If I had to choose, though, I'd go with the nForce board...
 
ah, im trying to fix up this junky old computer, its a 700mhz something or another junk that i've been using and I thought I might sproose it up a bit by changing just the mobo, cpu, ram and powerunit, so far all i have is the cpu

ah and the reason for agp is because i have a cheap video card and since im not much of a gamer i thought i'd use the 8x card
