Ci.dll corruption

Hi all.
When I try and boot up my laptop(windows 7) it shows starting windows but then goes into start up repair and I look on the diagnostics and it says ci.dll corruption. I have ultimate boot cd so is there anyway to fix it with out reinstalling windows.

To boot from it, access Windows 7 Recovery Environment, then to use command prompt to copy necessary file.

Hi all
This is how I fixed it.
Did a custom install of win7 ultimate and got all my files from the windows.old file found on the c drive
