Hey I may be getting a Cicero D222S , but it doesnt turn on when it is plugged in what are the many reasons why it wont power up?

it should be in a laptop section right?
but anyways, how old is it? is it brand new?
(if you bought it from ebay, you have 50% chance that you bought the "crap")

most of us don't even know whats Cicero D222S, and what did you do with it?

did it turn on before ?

the battery didn't die?

its a laptop, it powers on, but doesnt boot up, its like 2-3 years old im getting it from my uncle, he say when you plug it in and turn it on, that it wont boot, nothing comes upat all, he says that the monitor seems to be good as well with the battery
