CISPA Passed, Now What?

So as some of you might not know, CISPA passed in the House today, allowing private companies and government to share "Cyber Security Threats" between one another. With such a loose definition of what these "Cyber Security Threats" are, I'm a bit worried as to what the results might lead to. I torrent and I'm not shy to share it. Torrenting for be goes beyond internet theft, it has allowed me to see many sides of culture that I would not financially have access to otherwise. Through torrenting I have been able to produce electronic music which has allowed me to travel all around the country, it has allowed me to watch life changing documentaries, it has granted me the availability of reading inspiring e-books, etc... I look at torrenting no differently than going to the library, except this kind of digital library has much more material. Anyhow, what does this now mean for people like me? What does this mean for people that simply want access to information? Am I now at serious risk?

Talking about torrenting on this website is against forum rules.

The concept can be discussed. You just can't discuss ILLEGAL torrenting (such as where to get it or how to do it). This thread is about CISPA, not torrenting specifically.

Right now I don't see CISPA changing that. CISPA isn't like SOPA. CISPA is more for law agencies and their ability to monitor individuals for suspicious activity.

It's unlikely the Senate will pass it, as they didn't pass it last time, and President Obama seems likely to veto it.
