City of Heroes: Going Rogue Video Card Question!

My GTX 295 isn't using both GPUs! I can't figure out why! :-(

I tried googling it but I get a lot of results from 07-08, Company of Heroes, etc... not really what i'm looking for.

Anyone familiar with this? Can anyone help me get both GPU's on?
