Classic Yahoo mail and New Yahoo mail

Hi, I can't seem to load or open the New Yahoo mail program. Classic Yahoo email still works fine. I've tried everything that Yahoo says to do to enable "New" Yahoo email to open. Anyone have any ideas? I understand that there are other Yahoo users that have had the same issues.

I am running IE8 with a Dell XP computer. 512 MB RAM.

My wife and I also have the same issue. The new Yahoo mail will open about 50% of the time. We both just switched to the old mail. I use the nost current version of Firefox so that is not the issue.
