i need a program(s) to clean me totally out. from anything that can slow me down. cause my ISP says anything that slows me down, is like stuff that accesses the internet, or on automatic updates.

so anything that can clear anything that slows me down.

get a program like Zonealarm, and then block anything that you don't need.

Of course, with your speed, it shouldn't hinder much. Also remember that most download sites are the limiting factor, not your internet speed.
 
tried google, got a dutch site. saying choose your log, if i remember H.J.T.L was downloaded, then ran, then gave you a report.
 
Hijack is readily available in the Computer Security stickies. Depending on what you really are asking for, it's hard to understand with the way you type. For just your computer in general, CCleaner should do fine. For your internet, it depends on your connection itself, the browser for the most part, and appz that you have running that connects or does automatic updates by itself.
