Cleaning Programs

Here are the Programs I plan on using to clean/maintain my computer.

TweakUI - Not sure how it works, never used it, what do I do?
CCleaner - Already use it, but is there a way I can use it and not have it delete my Mozilla Passwords?
CleanUp!
Ad-Aware
Sygate Firewall
AVG

Also, whats a good Vista DeFrag program?

AS for CCleaner. Open it up and go to options and click "Cookies" and move the ones that you want to keep over to the right.

A good defrag, cleanup, fixer, and reg fixer is Tuneup Utilities 2008!! It works a charm. You can get the 30day trial but for a full version you must pay for it. It is worth the money though.

TweakUI allows you to change things like how an icon arrow looks, paranoia settings (internet history, documents history, etc.) and other minor system changes.

As for a defrag, try UltraDefrag. It's free and can defrag the master boot file on one reboot or every reboot.

If that doesn't work well, I'll try the UltraDeFrag.

I've been using "Auslogics" for 12 months now, seems to do the trick and exceptionally fast.
