Clicking Problem

Hi, i seam to have a problem that everytime i log on my pc makes the clicking noises as if it were navigating throgh folders or something and i can't stop it - whats happining!?
 
You may of just had it setup in your sounds settings.

I have that also, on my laptop though. When it logs on, like when it loads everything.. clicking noises come on to let me know that things are loading and starting properly.

However, it can also not be that.. is it just recent? have it happened before or anything?
