Client PC not recognized correctly

it seem the server is sees the machine as guest and not part of system. (the program that is used, keep getting the error about the user is guest)..

how to fix a pc that is been seen as guest to the server over a bridge but work normal over vpn.
HELP

2 location
location 1 is main with server running 2008r2 , ip 192.168.20.29
second location have 2 pc , both vpn back to the location 1 .
when connected by vpn, each pc (server client ip 192.168.20.151),
the ip for both unit over the vpn (192.168.20.154 / 157).

Now there is a wireless bridge connection that bridge location 1 and 2.
when using the bridge the ip comes from dhcp directly come from location 1 to location 2.

But there seem to be some problem, as once connected to the bridge..

If the PC can communicate with the rest of the subnet/gateway over the wireless bridge then you're looking at an application layer issue.

the program is call automate .
the computer at the second location r using workgroup not domain like the ones at the main location.
the error is saying that the pc is a guest user, and not part of the system.
also when i add the domain, then i am getting invalid printer parameter when trying to print.

what do u think can be done? should i just add both pc on to the domain instead of having them as a workgroup ?

If they're part of your organization then yes, add them to the domain. You'll have way more control over them that way.

When printing, you need to be sure you have the proper printer selected. How is the printer set up? Is it running through a print server, or is it a standalone printer?

The printer is install on 1 one of the pc in location 2 , which is called server.
when they print bill etc, it shows there branch,phone #..

I know that if the vpn is down, they can't print anything.
