Clock doesn't always seems right...Big Problem?

Hello all,


I have been having this problem...I have noticed that I have been changing the clock on my PC several times now. Its always one hour below than what its suppose to. I never had that happened b4. Why is that?

Can you guys tell me how to fix that problem?

hehe, i have the some problem. my pc clock change all the time! So if I adjust it, it change itself to another time on first reboot... I think this is not a big problem, but i dont know why it dose that. So I bought myself a Casio hand watch;)
