Clock Speed Glitch?

I used Rivatuner to overclock my GPU to 475/1150. After that I went into the nVidia display settings and it shows my memory clock to be 2.3Ghz. I don't know why it says that and I'm wondering if anybody else has this glitch.

That because you have forceware 93.71
This driver have some bugs, it reads double the memory speed. So, if you have memory speed of 1000Mhz, it will read it as 2000Mhz.

Download forceware 91.47 and you will have less problems

Oh ok, so other people observed this glitch too. I just didn't want to be the only one.

The memory is actually running at 808MHz, but it transfers data twice per clock cycle, making it an effective 1616MHz.

Yes it is, but it's really reading 4x. Theres no way he can get his GDDR3 memory on his 7800GT to 2.3GHz.

when i get the GDDR3 on my 8800GTX i'm Re getting, ill push past the 2GHz Mem clock :P
