Clock Speed & Ram(Needed help Urgent)

hi, could anyone out there explain why the clock speed of the CPU and the size of the RAM critically affect the software that can be used on the system. :confused: thanks

The CPU speed is how fast the computer processes things, and the RAM is similar, it stores stuff, the bigger, the more it can store, the faster it will run.

i am currently doing up an assignment research on the above topics, can i get more information from you, as in do you have any great examples in why it critically affect the software that can be used on the system, in terms of examples or senario on what or how it affect. thanks for your great help, its all appreciated. thanks
