Clubit users?

Has anyone ordered from Clubit before? If so, where can I track my shipment? It just says "order completed" as a status, but nothing else.

I ordered my Q6600 from them. They will usually send an e-mail to you once the item is shipped with the tracking number. Or you could give them a call. One thing to note though, they don't have the live chat like newegg so you gotta give them a call if you want to ask them anything. If you didn't get through the first time, hang up and call back a couple of minutes later.

That's what I did and someone picked it up right away the second time. I might be lucky though.

EDIT:
Ok, I just checked in my account, if you want to look at the order status, you need to go to Order History (I think you are there) and from there you should be able to click on the order number to show full detail of what you are ordering. Tracking number should be posted there too if it has been shipped out.

I buy all my parts for my computer there, its an excellent online store and it has one of the best prices.
 
They finally gave me my tracking number. I don't know if it was just bad luck, but it took them 4 days tojust ship my stuff out, newegg usually ships in less than one.
 
Well, they never really guarantee that they will ship it in 1-2 days like newegg. But I find that they are quite a good company to buy parts from. Though I have only bought from them once and got a little problem about my shipping address being different from my billing address. :P

How long has ClubIT been in business? (just wondering)
Because when I compare newegg and clubit, seems like newegg has more stuff than clubit.
