I ordered my Q6600 from them. They will usually send an e-mail to you once the item is shipped with the tracking number. Or you could give them a call. One thing to note though, they don't have the live chat like newegg so you gotta give them a call if you want to ask them anything. If you didn't get through the first time, hang up and call back a couple of minutes later.
That's what I did and someone picked it up right away the second time. I might be lucky though.
EDIT:
Ok, I just checked in my account, if you want to look at the order status, you need to go to Order History (I think you are there) and from there you should be able to click on the order number to show full detail of what you are ordering. Tracking number should be posted there too if it has been shipped out.
