Hey I want to set up my computer much like this guy's (as far as fans go) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vbj2YgqpCg4&feature=related

I would like to have blue LED however; I haven't been able to find good blue LED 120mm fans and hardly any 230mm so i'm lost.

It also seems his side window has a LED stick? of some sort; what is that and can I get it in blue :D.

Last but not least can you adjust colors? What if the fans end up being a different shade of blue; thanks.
 
most fans from the same companies are a specific shade of blue, you should be fine there. also, the "led stick" is called a cold cathode, they are actually quite cheap:

those work nicely. as for fans, these blue fans work very well:

that's basically your only 230mm choice, there are no more like it.
