I had been looking for a cooler for my new Asus G73 laptop for the last month or so, and hadn't found anything that looked like it was going to work.

I happened to be killing time today waiting for the wife, and I came across the CoolerMaster Storm SF-19 StrikeForce.

It's big, bulky, huge rubber feet on it, has 6 different LED color lights, stepless fan speed controller for the dual 140mm fans, and has 4 USB 3.0 ports on the side that when connected to the 3.0 port on the laptop, now gives me connectivity for all the other devices I use, like my WD 3.0 external harddrive~~

Very nice product, and looks like it was made for the ASUS g73 laptop!!

It looks nice and does have a nice style for the G73.

Edit: Can I ask how you got the CPU to almost 3GHz?

Oh OK I get it. I have seen others post similar. That is your single core speed. I have my 1.6GHz (all 4 cores) running at 2GHz (all 4 cores). That would make mine 3.2GHz the way you do. I have almost a 920XM and saved $1000.

Yah the mobile i7's are great for us notebook users..
 
Do you want to really OC your CPU? I will show you how if you want to. We can take your base 1.73GHz with all cores which cannot run at 2.93GHz. And pump it up to 2GHz+ with all cores. It will pump up your 2.93GHz also.

It is very easy. I mean if you wanna know?

setfsb is what works. Download the free version then I will find the PLL for free so you don't have to pay 5000 yen. Make sure the free version.;)

This will get you rocking. 3.2GHz+ the way you calculate.

Yea it's 3am here. I have no problem waiting. But you can OC your 4 core speed. If you want we can always talk later. I suspect I will be here tomorrow or the next day unless I implode and flame getting myself banned. But I doubt I will do that.
