My admin disabled cmd.exe. I've tried all the notepads, command.com, regedit, but the admin also disabled those. Any ideas of how to get into cmd.exe? Need it to become an admin and install WoW. Don't know what to do.

If your account doesn't have admin privilidges and this is either a school or work computer then we can't help you. Security is put in place for a reason.
