co-op campaign

Can someone recommend me a game with a long and good co-op campaign? By long I mean not something like the 20min missions bf3 offers but a legit campaign with a story line etc...

Dungeon Defenders - Awesome after the first couple of levels which try to slowly ease you in
Portal 2 - Awesome throughout, though probably not that long
Dead Island - Can get repetative but it is still fun when you are playing with someone else
Magika - Very, very fun game with others, count the number of times you laugh as you "accidentally" blow each other up spectacularly with some spell or another
F1 2012 (or 2013 as it is out shortly) - If you are into racing games too
Path of Exile - Free to play MMO, however like many other Diablo style games, you can play through with others very easily and with a hell of a lot of fun too. It is also an extremely good game considering it is free
Sins of a Solar Empire/Civ 5- Admittedly not with a co-op campaign, but I have had more fun playing these with my best gaming buddy than any other games, so thought they should be added for consideration

Borderlands and Borderlands 2
Left 4 Dead
Resident Evil 5 and 6
Fear 3

You can co-op the entire single player campaign for all of these and are ones my girlfriend and I have enjoyed.

Are there any fps games like cod that have a full coop campaign and not just missions?

Tom Clancy's Future Soldier should satisfy that, I think. I'm positive it has co-op. I'm not sure how extensive it is. It would be worth looking into. The single player is great.

One more nod for Borderlands. Civ5 is good too. I remember several nights this summer where I was up until 3 in the morning playing Civ with several friends over Skype for hours on end.
