CoD:UO resolution problem

hi there, i have a problem with the resolution on CoD:UO. i am trying to play the game on a widescreen laptop (1440*900 pixels) but the game doesnt support this resolution, atm i am playing it in windowed mode, but that sends the CPU usage up to 100% and i keep getting massive lag spikes. is there any program or any way that will allow me to play the game full screen mode and have it in a "normal" resolution without the picture being streched??

thats a good program, but it isnt really what im looking for, i need something that will stop the game "streching" accross the screen....
