COD4 connection problems

well i'm not having connectivity issues, but the only servers that my list will refresh are in the thousands on the ping level. occassionally i'll get like 10 under 1000, but they are in the high hundreds. i can get any at a reasonable ping rate, although the first few days i started playing (had it only a week), i had no problem finding servers that had a <100 ping. i have version 1.4...seems like when i went to 1.4 from 1.1 i started having problems. any help?

Its a bug in the server browser. The only way around it would be to add the servers you know are low ping to your favourites and click quick refresh, or use a 3rd party server browser. Xfire works pretty good at finding nice low ping servers. Also the 1.5 patch is out know. 1.4 -> 1.5 Patch
