COD4 Display Drivers

When I start to play COD4, my screen will blink once, and sometimes it will go out of signal, and tell me my display drivers stopped working.

I tried uninstalling my NVIDIA drivers, and installing them from the XFX disc that came with my GPU, and it tells me to go to their site and download them, would XFXF have them?

I had the same problem with my 9800gx2 i tried all the drivers from nvidia. then i used the ones that came with the card and they work fine.
