Coil whine?

So, I have coil whine on my Radeon HD 7970. I seem to have fixed all the other issues with my build, but the coil whine in particular is extremely annoying. Is there any way that I can get rid of it?

Find the cause and hot glue it... Whilst turned off of course.

RTV is also an effective solution if you don't have / don't want to purchase a hot glue gun.
