Hi, I'm in college now, and I'd like to continue using my bearshare for P2P sharing. Problem is, colleges aren't too fond of that. You can download and install programs such as limewire, kazaa, and bearshare, but you cannot download anything. I was told that it is because they have some sort of port blocked. When asking around and looking online i have seen some people say there are P2P programs that cannot be blocked, or that bearshare can be configured so that you can use it. I was wondering if anyone knew how to configure bearshare so that i could use it, cause that would be great, and if that cannot not be done if anyone could let me know what program i could use. Thx, any help would be much appreciated.

So let me get this right.... You college does not want you to use p2p programs and you are on this forum asking if we can help you illegally circumvent the rules your college has in place?
