Let says for a normal laptop crash, I have CD/DVD to restore to factory installed, but like the netbook in this link: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=9050171&type=product&id=1218012530030 and it doesn't has CD/DVD drive. How can I perform system recovery?

Buy an external (USB) CD/DVD drive

Lol, I just love that when the answer is staring them straight in the face. But yes, there are external drives - we have them for biology field work at my school.
