I don't know when it started but I think it's about 2 years ago. Like my pictures when I view it on other people's computer the color is fine but when I view it on my computer the color is very dark and I hardly see the picture. Does that mean its the settings of my video card or it's my monitor? Can someone give me a solution what I can do to fix this problem I been having about 2 years. Thank you in advance for your time.
