Comm eror in AVG

In one of my computer there occurs a Comm error when windows start and it do not allow AVG to start. Then after restart the error do not appear. The error comes occassionally. I had formatted both its drives partition. Its D drive has bad sector. I had fixed them too. But the error still occurs sometimes.

Please provide system specs. This includes Operating system please.

1. If you fixed the disk error and it keeps coming back, it sounds like (a) it hasnt been fixed or (b) its really bad

2. Tried reinstalling?

Just use one of your OTHER computers then

The problems is solves

There is no problem like that now in that computer. But how the problem is solved I don't know.
