comp keeps restarting!!T__T

hi, there,got problem with my computer (again). this time, when i turn on the power, it booted for a while, then it just restart itself. i have no idea what happened. i what did the day before was just installing some programs (the ones that Windows Update suggested). help, it is driving me crazy!

i've experienced the same problem not so long ago. not sure you're posting at the right place but anyway, here's how i got it fixed:

If you have just installed new software and it wont start, press F8 to bring up the
windows' START-MENU and select "Your last known good configuration" for XP only.

Other version of windows, press F5, to start in safe mode, and go to the CONTROL-PANEL - ADD REMOVE PROGRAMS option, and un-install the updates.
